3. Payment Terms

• An advance payment is required to confirm every booking.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability.
• If BV Photography Events Studio is unable to provide the service due to unavoidable circumstances, the client may choose a rescheduled date or receive a refund of the booking amount.

5. Photography & Videography Services

We strive to deliver professional-quality images and videos using modern equipment and editing techniques. However:

• Final artistic style is at the photographer's discretion.
• Exact poses or edits shown in sample portfolios cannot always be guaranteed.
• Weather, venue restrictions, lighting conditions, and event schedules may affect the final results.

6. Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery times:

• Preview Photos: 3–7 days
• Edited Photos: 2–6 weeks
• Wedding Albums: 4–8 weeks
• Videos: 4–8 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on workload, festivals, or special requests.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• BV Photography Events Studio retains the copyright to all photographs and videos.
• Clients receive a personal-use license.
• Images may not be sold, licensed, or commercially used without written permission.
• Commercial usage requires a separate agreement.

8. Portfolio Usage

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event, BV Photography Events Studio may use selected photographs or videos for:

• Website portfolio
• Social media
• Advertising
• Promotional materials
• Competitions and exhibitions

9. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Obtain any required venue permissions.
• Ensure guests cooperate during photography sessions.
• Assign a family representative during weddings for group photographs if required.

10. Image Editing

• Basic editing and color correction are included.
• Extensive retouching, object removal, or additional edits may incur extra charges.
• RAW files are not included unless specifically mentioned in the agreement.

11. Force Majeure

BV Photography Events Studio shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemic situations
• Power failures
• Equipment theft
• Serious illness
• Transportation disruptions
• Any events beyond reasonable control

12. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to protect and back up photographs, BV Photography Events Studio's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
