Welcome to BV Photography Events Studio. We are committed to delivering your photographs, albums, frames, and other photography products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully.
1. Order Processing
- All photography orders are processed after payment confirmation and client approval (where applicable).
- Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday).
2. Digital Photo Delivery
- Edited digital photographs will be delivered through a secure online gallery, Google Drive, or downloadable link.
- Standard delivery time:
- Event Photography: 7–15 business days
- Wedding Photography: 15–30 business days
- Express delivery (if purchased): 3–7 business days
- Clients will receive download instructions via email or WhatsApp.
3. Physical Product Delivery
We deliver the following products:
- Photo Albums
- Premium Photo Prints
- Framed Photos
- Canvas Prints
- Customized Gifts

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on selected packages or promotional offers.
- Additional courier charges may apply for remote locations.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- Courier Tracking Number
- Courier Partner Details
- Estimated Delivery Date
Tracking information will be sent via Email or WhatsApp.
6. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across India.
International shipping is available upon request. Additional shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
7. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
BV Photography Events Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the damaged package and product.
- We will review the issue and provide a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
10. Delivery Acceptance
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If there are visible signs of damage, report them immediately to the courier and contact us.
